Nutritious smoothies that are quick to make

Smoothies are light drinks based on fruit and vegetables, fresh and light, not to be confused with centrifuges. These, in fact, are our “smoothies” and are prepared, in fact, simply blending fruit and vegetables; they do not contain ice-cream like milkshakes and are without milk, even if white yoghurt is introduced in some recipes.

In case of intolerance or if you follow a vegan diet, but you want to add a creamy touch to your smoothies, you can add soy milk, almond or coconut milk. The smoothies are perfect for any occasion and ideal to delight any kind of palate: here are 10 recipes for all tastes!

1. Mango smoothie

The mango smoothie is very simple, but its summer scent will know how to conquer you. Whisk for 1 minute 500 g of low-fat white yogurt, 250 g of peeled mango cut into small pieces and a couple of teaspoons of brown sugar to taste.

2. Energizing smoothie

Energy discharges? Do not worry, here’s the recipe for an energizing smoothie!
